August Buys ๐ŸŒธ

So it’s been super busy in the Henwell house the last few weeks. All good though ๐ŸŒธ

I can’t believe it’s school uniform time in a matter of weeks for my oldest girl who will be starting P1 ๐ŸŒธ

Don’t get me started on my youngest turning one & when she’s one I will still be saying the same. Kind of over the phrase “where has time gone” mainly because I’ve over used the life of it when talking about Anna.

Just thought I would pop on here to do a few recommendations on a few ‘wee’ products I’ve bought recently. All keeping within my ‘champagne thirst with a lemonade budget.’

These are all usually baby product or mummy feel good related. So if it’s not your bag I’m sorry you will be bored to tears. Ain’t no fashion tips here guys n gals!

Mama just has about time to dress & feed the little ones never mind style myself ๐ŸŒธ

Firstly I just thought I would update you that I finally got my hands on the lovely Childs Farm Moisturiser, all thanks to my fellow mummy friends who have been dying to try it too. Thank you both ๐ŸŒธ

So let’s talk flowers ๐ŸŒบ I love them & most people I know love them too. I picked up this beautiful bunch of sunflowers In Tesco for ยฃ4.99. They will truly add some sun to a cloudy day ( there’s been quite of few of those here)

I also picked up some Roses too. They’re just beautiful & timeless. I don’t fancy getting my fingers green growing either so thanks Tesco for the reasonably priced flowers ๐ŸŒธ

๐ŸŒธ Method anti bacterial spray (wild rubarb) having three little girls can be a messy old job! I’m very aware of them being exposed to chemicals, so guess what the Method range is chemical free. It also doesn’t have that bleach like smell that most anti bacs contain, rather a fresh wild Runarb smell! Hold the custard though folks. Available in most supermarkets,

๐ŸŒธ Kiddylicious – Little Bistro Range. We all know home cooking is best but sometimes if you can find a trusty meal from a packet then I’m all for it. It’s nutrionally balanced and super tasty (yes I’ve tried)- big fan of their wafers too. Caring is sharing & all that ๐Ÿ‘

๐ŸŒธ Organix Goodies– a household name here! Great handbag size  (what’s that again) & baby bag size for toddlers to stick their teeth into on the go! They come in bite size & bigger. Sometimes peeling fruit in a soft play area is a bit annoying & not wanting to give into the price of sugar town galore snacks they have for little eyes to spy, then these Organix goodies are for you!

๐ŸŒธ Childs Farm– im slowly working my way through the range. I’m loving it. Most medicated creams &a shampoos for eczema prone skin & scalps just simply smell clinical but the Child’s Farm range have a lovely scent on each of their products.

Ok so sometimes mummy needs a wee treat too (yes I bought the flowers but anyway)

๐ŸŒธ Moroccan Oil– if you have not tried this or your hairdresser has never used this on you, then switch immediately. Now. Right now.

Preferably to Mary Maguire Hair Management in Newry. A very sought after hairdresser specialising in Colouring, Cutting & amazing Wedding hair styles. MMHM located in Newry, retails the Moroccan Oil which is currently on offer that comes with a free hand cream. A-mazing!

My hair has been coloured to the hilt! At one stage my hair was blonde, I totally thought I was ‘cla’ with it, grass is greener & all that!

Honestly the Moroccan Oil is fantastic. It smells beautiful. I usually apply it to damp hair and when I finished blow drying it. It’s not too heavy on the hair but leaves it shiny like a summers day & speeds up drying time. Three kids & all that.

Thanks so much for reading everyone! I really up you enjoy the rest of your summer & you know yourself the sun will be beaming down as soon as the schools start back ๐ŸŒธ
